What is the return policy for products?
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can get a replacement within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. While damaged or defective merchandise is covered under the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee, other Product specific policies are as follows:
-Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:
– Damages due to misuse of product
– Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
– Any consumable item which has been used or installed
– Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
– Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
All physical products sold by worldofwish are covered by this guarantee. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same.
What is return and refund policy for product without any customization ?
Generic Products are those which are sold without any customer specific customization on the product. Return or Replacement is applicable in following cases
(a) Wrong products delivered/product received is not what is ordered
(b) Specifications shown on the website for that particular product is different from the product shipped .
(c) Parcel received broken/damaged/ package box is open/torn in transportation/courier
In all of the above cases we advice you to contact our customer care number on 8002825952 for further action. We shall replace the material in case (a) and case (b). We advice you to not accept the parcel if the package box has damaged.
What is replacement policy for Customized (Made to Order) Products?
These are made specially on your order and are non-Refundable. Custom Order items are items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g. finish, color, size and printing) or where a product is made to order.
However, we accept replacements only (No Refund) in following circumstances:
(a) The product is not what you ordered
(b) Specifications shown on the website differs from the product you recd. (Viz.-size/color/dimension)
(c) Branding/customization/printing is not what was approved by you prior to production
(d) Received in damaged/Broken Condition and all of the above cases we advice you to contact our customer care number on 8002825952 for further action. We shall replace the material in case (a) ,case (b), case (c) and case (d) . We advice you to not accept the parcel if the package box has damaged.
How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?
Notify us of the damaged or defective product as soon as possible. In line with our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a replacement.
Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost.
How do I cancel an order?
For Generic Products you can cancel your order by calling us before the product has been shipped. At the time of cancellation of your order it is mandatory to have your order no. otherwise the provision of cancellation shall not be valid. Your entire order amount will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
For Customized (Made to Order) Products cancellation of order is not applicable.
What happens after I have cancelled my order?
Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a response. You will be notified of the same. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
What are the modes of refund?
Money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
